Job Title: Apprentice Commercial Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Commercial Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Galliford Try Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing quantity surveyor activities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quantity surveyor activities, including contract administration, cost management, and risk assessment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate planning and budgeting of projects.
  • Identify, quantify, and mitigate risks to cost and value, and develop strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Manage and develop the commercial team to ensure they reach their potential and support their wellbeing.
