Company Overview:
A leading national business in Bracknell is seeking a qualified electrician to train apprentices within their award-winning centre. They will fund your teaching qualifications to become an electrical lecturer and you'll be mentored by other team members.

Salary: An annual salary starting at £33,000, increasing up to circa £38,000 depending on experience, plus a £2,500 welcome bonus for lecturers with relevant experience.

Job Description:
We are looking for a fully qualified electrician with at least three years' electrical experience to join our team as an Electrical Training Instructor. As an Electrical Training Instructor, you will prepare and deliver theory and practical training for apprentices, from health and safety and installation, to fault finding and testing. You will conduct practical assessments, carry out learner progress reviews, update learner records, and monitor learner progress. We offer flexibility to attend other training centres.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a fully qualified electrician (JIB Gold Card equivalent) with at least three years' electrical experience. Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, are essential. You will also need good communication skills, being a nurturing and encouraging person. A flexible and hard-working individual who is passionate about making a difference is required. You will also need to undergo a DBS check and have a full driving licence.
