We are seeking a qualified electrician to join our team as an electrical lecturer, providing training and mentorship to apprentices. As a leading national business in Bracknell, we offer a supportive environment and opportunities for career growth.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of electrical experience and hold a JIB Gold Card equivalent qualification. They will be responsible for preparing and delivering theory and practical training, conducting assessments, and monitoring learner progress.

We offer an annual salary starting at £33,000, depending on experience, with opportunities for progression up to circa £38,000 plus a £2,500 welcome bonus. Our benefits package includes 24 days' holiday, gym discounts, and excellent career development opportunities.
