Job Title: Head of Global Learning and Content

At ELEMIS, we're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our learning and content initiatives. As the Head of Global Learning and Content, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a strategic learning framework that drives business growth and employee development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Develop and manage a diverse team of content developers and administrators
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of learning programs
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in learning and development, instructional design, or content management
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale learning programs
  • Strong background in content strategy and development, particularly for adult learning in a corporate environment
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead a team
