Job Title: Head of Branded Content, Digital Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Branded Content team in developing innovative digital solutions that drive business growth and excellence. As Head of Branded Content, Digital Development, you will be responsible for shaping our digital strategy, leading creative sessions, and mentoring team members to achieve their creative potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with Global's business objectives.
  2. Lead creative sessions and workshops to guide best practice, process, or change, and ensure that digital content is innovative, engaging, and effective.
  3. Mentor and coach Branded Content Producers and Commercial Video teams to unlock their creative potential and deliver outstanding results.
  4. Manage and develop Digital Editors to ensure high-quality and compliant output across digital channels.
  5. Run creative workshops to develop digital knowledge across the business and ensure that social and digital project workflows and processes are streamlined.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in leading creative sessions and workshops, with a strong understanding of digital media and social media platforms.
  2. Excellent knowledge of radio and digital trends, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
  3. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
