About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you will have the compassion needed to deliver exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with their daily needs, including food and drink, personal care, and mobility assistance.
  • Follow established care plans to ensure each resident receives individualized attention and support.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide seamless care and support.
