About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Manager to join our Portfolio Analytics team within Retail Credit Risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our portfolio and arrears reporting to ensure we are optimizing our lending portfolio and providing insightful analytics on arrears performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain portfolio and arrears reporting to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with other areas of Retail Credit Risk, Capital and Impairment, and Collections, Finance and Treasury to monitor performance and support communication of results to investors
  • Present to the Retail Credit Risk Committee and other forums to provide insights and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with the society's arrears policy and regulatory changes that may impact the lending portfolio
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of credit risk management and portfolio analytics
