About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Line Test Engineer to join our team at Brellis Recruitment. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert technical guidance, training, and repair services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients, both on-site and remotely, to ensure seamless adoption of our products.
  • Manage and coordinate training sessions, maintaining accurate records of participant progress and feedback.
  • Perform complex repairs and servicing on products, including fault diagnosis and component-level repairs, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and participate in regular service meetings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, responding to technical inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and monitor loan equipment, ensuring it is properly maintained and ready for use.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and support.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical support or repair role, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Technical expertise in product repair and maintenance, with training and certification in relevant areas.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for service and repair records, with experience in a regulated industry a plus.
  • UK driving license required for occasional travel to client sites.
