  1. Work closely with the Head of Consumer Marketing and the wider Consumer Marketing team to develop and execute the day-to-day marketing communications plan for all PayPoint Group brands, ensuring alignment with monthly and annual revenue targets.
  2. Collaborate with Marketing teams and the wider business to create, monitor, and execute a wide range of integrated communications, including email, SMS, direct mail, phone, WhatsApp, and print.
  3. Develop and implement best practices for content, subject lines, timing, frequency, and format, taking into account customer lifecycle.
  4. Work with Creative, CRM, and other teams to develop new email templates for use within our email service provider.
  5. Establish a test program to continuously optimize campaign performance.
  6. Approve all direct-to-customer marketing communication content, creative, and messaging to ensure it is motivating to customers and drives purchase.
  7. Explore opportunities to grow the database size, quality, and improved segmentation.
  8. Ensure compliance and legal sign-off prior to campaign emission.
  9. Act as a Brand Guardian for defined brands, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines and Tone of Voice across all campaigns.
  10. Measure and report on revenue and engagement, providing suggestions for improvement to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with commercial business KPIs.
  11. Support day-to-day management of marketing agencies by providing information and direction.
  12. Engage internal stakeholders in all marketing plans in a timely manner.
