Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced phlebotomist to join our clinical team at The Red & Green Practice.

Main Duties of the Job

The primary purpose of this role is to support our practice clinical team in delivering a high-quality phlebotomy service. As a trained and caring phlebotomist, you will work closely with our nursing team to ensure the safe and efficient collection of blood samples.

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring patient comfort and consent, checking patient identification, and following safety guidelines to prevent contamination. You will also perform venepuncture in accordance with practice procedures and protocols, label and store blood samples correctly, and record collection in the patient record.
