Job Title: Management Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Management Coordinator to join our team at Equals One Ltd. as a Deputy Manager at our Rastrick service. This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging role in the management of a new service, providing support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs.
About the Role:
- To support the Registered Home Manager in creating and maintaining a culture of openness and transparency.
- Ensuring all staff understand their individual roles and responsibilities in relation to duty of candor.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide leadership and direction around recruitment and retention, team and individual meetings, supervision, staff development, and performance management.
- To work a varied shift pattern to ensure that the home has a senior management presence when required.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of care principles, regulatory requirements, and local government policies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and coaching where needed.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £37,000 per annum, plus benefits including ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
