Job Title: HR Advisor/Officer

Salary: £35k-45k

Location: Blackfriars

Our international client, Office Angels, is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to support their HR team and take on the technical recruiting side of the business.

You will be responsible for dealing with technical recruitment for the business, as well as supporting the team with a wide variety of HR duties. This includes:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuous improvement across all HR Admin processes.
  • Approving employee personal detail changes through the HR system.
  • Supporting HR Advisors & HR Managers with drafting any paperwork required for employee lifecycle changes.
  • Sending new joiners welcome emails and scheduling probation reviews.
  • Coordinating work experience students and interns.
  • Providing admin support in application and coordination of airside passes, relevant training, etc.
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required.
  • Arranging meetings, room bookings, and travel arrangements for Directors and teams.
  • Producing Reports and data analysis for HR Director.
  • Setting up user accounts on HR and internal systems, updating details as necessary.
  • Providing admin support in annual HR processes, such as appraisals, promotions, and salary review.
  • Administrative Support on any audits that the HR Team are required to participate in.
  • Managing front of house and telephones twice a week.

Skills and Experience Required:

  1. Graduate with HR assistance experience essential, ideally CIPD full or part qualified.
  2. Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  3. Excellent and proven Excel skills.
  4. Flexible and collaborative, an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
