Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the review and verification of documentation and AML information
  • Carrying out research on clients and matters as required
  • Providing guidance on necessary information and documentation to fee earners and support staff
  • Fielding and resolving enquiries from fee earners and support staff
  • Conducting and analysing potential conflicts of interest using conflicts database searches in Intapp Open
  • Gaining a good understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct rules relating to conflicts of interest and duties of confidentiality and disclosure

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills and a client-focused approach. You should also be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, demonstrating good attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent IT skills across the Microsoft suite of programmes are essential, and a keen interest in learning new computer packages and software is desirable.
