About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Civil Engineering company as a Aerospace Safety Manager. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve health and safety performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive occupational health and safety professional leadership to all levels of staff, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement SHE strategies, aligning them with business objectives and ensuring effective communication across the organization.
• Work closely with the Safety, Health, and Environment team to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to conduct their duties effectively.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Membership of an appropriate professional institute e.g., The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH)
• Trained in accident incident investigation techniques including root cause analysis
• Appropriate CSCS card
• CMIOSH
• Environmental awareness
• Hold a Lead Auditor Qualification
• Education and Training Award or equivalent (e.g., PTLLS/CTLLS)
• First Aid at Work

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £65,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
