Business Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a growth strategy that drives financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients to discuss our services and identify new opportunities.
- Researching and identifying new markets and customer needs to inform our sales strategy.
- Promoting our services to ensure we meet and exceed client objectives.
- Preparing sales contracts and updating our CRM system to ensure accurate records.
- Agreeing to financial targets and working to exceed them.
- Using social media to research decision-makers and contacting them via phone, email, or direct messaging.
- Re-engaging with lapsed clients to reintroduce our services.
- Producing regular forecasting reports to inform our sales strategy.
This role would suit someone with previous B2C or B2B sales experience, ideally from a recruitment background. We are also open to applications from Business Development Managers, Business Development Consultants, or similar roles.
