The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their every need is met with a smile. Your passion for impeccable service and exquisite food will shine through in every interaction, making our guests feel valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and courteous service to guests in all areas of the spa, including food and beverage outlets.
  • Assist in the delivery of all aspects of the food and beverage service, including food preparation, presentation, and plating.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of hygiene and quality.
  • Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and quality standards.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
