Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Health and Wellness Specialist to join our team at Bupa Clinics.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician to work in a dynamic environment, providing health assessments and education to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality health assessments and consultations to customers
  • Maintain accurate client records and contribute to the end-to-end process
  • Promote healthy lifestyles and behaviors in line with Bupa's clinical policies
  • Perform various clinical tests, including body composition analysis, spirometry, and electrocardiograms
  • Create personalized lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing techniques
  • Follow up with customers after assessments to support positive change and behavior modification

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education in exercise physiology, sports science, or nutrition
  • Customer-facing experience and ability to build rapport with individuals
  • Accuracy in information recording and working within clinical guidelines
  • Empathy and ability to motivate customers to make positive health changes
