Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Emergency Call Handler to join our team at Mountain Healthcare. As an Emergency Call Handler, you will play a vital role in providing holistic support to individuals affected by sexual assault and rape.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. You will be working in our 24/7 contact centre, based in Braintree, where no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Effective social skills gained from experience dealing with the public
  • Customer service skills
  • An understanding of the call handling and telephone triage roles
