About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our retail store team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in motivating, engaging, leading, and developing a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all aspects of store operations, including Post Office, Parcel Services, Local Suppliers, Neighbourly Programme, Too Good To Go, and Home Delivery Services.
  • Engage with and support the local community to promote our values and community spirit.
  • Support the operational management of the store to ensure a safe, legal, and high-performing business, taking overall responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Be a personal licence holder to authorise the sale of alcohol, or complete the required training to obtain the licence.
  • Be a role model and lead the team to work together to provide an exceptional customer experience for our customers.
  • Ensure continued and sustainable growth in our business through leading and developing people.

We offer a full-time role, 36 hours per week, worked across 4 days. You will need to display commitment and flexibility when it comes to working hours, covering mornings, evenings, and weekends.
