About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pastoral Lead to join our team at Unity Education Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that students adhere to school policy and expectations, and always demonstrate outstanding conduct.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behaviour management and be able to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. They will also be responsible for overseeing the running and management of the Pastoral Support Room, Relocation Room, and Standards Room.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people. The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
