About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Salt, a leading retail homeware brand. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving our D2C site experience and ensuring our online customer journey is exemplary.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, with experience in managing online customer journeys, website optimization, and budget. You will work closely with our marketing manager, supply chain manager, sales director, and global ecommerce director to improve the site experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive business KPIs for EU and UK sites.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to improve the site experience, including supply chain for stock availability.
  • Forecast sales performance and product inventory quantities.
  • Manage external agencies for paid media activity.
  • Manage content for websites in respective languages.
  • Be responsible for the total ecommerce ecosystem, providing regular insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or Magento platform.
  • EU languages preferable.
  • Highly analytical with experience of Google Analytics.
  • Organised and strong collaborator.
