Installation Resource Strategy Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Resource Strategy Coordinator to join our team at KONE PLC. This role is based in either our Keighley or Clapham office and will be responsible for facilitating the creation of the frontline installation resource strategy and implementing it through optimal resource allocations.
About the Role:
- Responsible for resource management and allocation, ensuring seamless execution of installation projects.
- Facilitate the creation of front-line installation resource strategies, driving effective resource utilization.
- Translate agreed demand plans into installation resource requirements, considering various stakeholders and resources.
- Communicate resource requirement forecasts to local subcontractors and request volume commitments.
- Allocate mid-term installation resources, balancing supplier needs with customer expectations.
- Analyse and address potential resource gaps, mitigating risks to project timelines.
- Escalate unresolved short-term installation resource risks to unit management and delivery operations managers.
- Confirm frontline installation capacity, ensuring adequate resources for ongoing projects.
- Allocate subcontractor resources, promoting efficient use of supplier capabilities.
- Maintain accurate supplier data in the installation resource management tool.
- Promote proactive and transparent resource planning, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- A background in planning and project management is essential, with industry experience preferred.
- A Mechanical, Electrical, Installation background is required, underpinning a deep understanding of installation processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and interest in Power BI are beneficial, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required to identify and address resource challenges.
