About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in cloud accounting, bookkeeping, and management. You will be responsible for managing a team of 8 staff members, including job allocation, training, and support. You will also be responsible for leading departmental staff meetings and providing client cloud accounting training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all areas of bookkeeping and cloud accounting for our clients
  2. Jointly manage a cloud accounting department with 8 staff members
  3. Liaise with new clients and resolve technical points
  4. Review work and provide feedback
  5. Support trainees and arrange training and updates with partner support
  6. Lead a growing cloud accounting department
  7. Manage staff and deal with any issues arising
  8. Lead departmental staff meetings
  9. Provide client cloud accounting training
