About the Role

We are seeking a top-level bookkeeper/manager to manage all areas of bookkeeping and cloud accounting department. The ideal candidate will be confident with Xero, with knowledge of Sage online and Quickbooks being a plus. The role involves:

  • Job allocation and management
  • Liaising with new clients and resolving technical points
  • Reviewing work and providing feedback
  • Supporting trainees and arranging training and updates with partner support
  • Leading a growing cloud accounting department
  • Managing staff and addressing any issues that may arise
  • Leading departmental staff meetings
  • Providing client cloud accounting training
  • Managing a portfolio of clients

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong senior bookkeeper with solid knowledge and experience in managing bookkeeping, VAT, and management accounts for a wide range of clients.
