Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and seizure and/or epilepsy management.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, gaining their trust and confidence.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion in care.
- Experience in care and support work, preferably in a complex care setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Physical ability to perform the demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
