Key duties include:

  • Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans.
  • Providing individualized care to patients with complex needs.
  • Leading shifts and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,596 per annum, DOE, and a range of benefits including a £5,000 welcome bonus, 25 days annual leave, and a Group Personal Pension Plan.
