Personal Assistant for Young Girl

Penny requires a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join her team at Snap Care. As a dedicated and caring individual, you will work closely with Penny to develop her independence skills and ensure her well-being outside of school hours.
Your responsibilities will include providing personalized support, adapting to Penny's specific needs, and engaging in various activities designed to promote her growth and development. During school holidays, you will plan exciting days out and accompany Penny on holidays abroad (expenses covered).
This role demands flexibility, patience, and understanding. As a prerequisite, you must be a female applicant, non-smoker, and possess experience supporting a client with a physical disability. Your ability to form strong relationships with Penny and her family will be invaluable in ensuring her happiness and success.
We recognize the importance of offering fair compensation, reflecting the role's complexities and the Surrey location. The estimated annual salary for this position is £36,300 (£18.50 gross per hour).
