Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the administration and coordination of all sub-contractors at our defence sites.
- Ensure all subcontractors have full in-date security clearance and adhere to health and safety procedures and policies.
- Coordinate project activities, including prioritizing tasks and managing timelines.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports, managing documents, and maintaining records.
