Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned valuation expert to join our Energy Team, responsible for delivering valuations in accordance with RICS Redbook standards for diverse renewable energy technologies within the UK market.

As part of our team, you will leverage the collective expertise of experienced valuers who have served clients with operational portfolios and loan security work for over a decade.

This role presents opportunities for professional growth, involvement in lease negotiations, and support for transactions.

 

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Deliver valuations adhering to RICS Redbook standards
  • Collaborate with the Energy Team on cross-sector projects, particularly with rural and commercial property valuers
  • Contribute to the growth of the valuation service line
  • Engage in lease negotiations and support transactions

 

Requirements

">
  • Three years of relevant experience
  • RICS registered valuer or ability to become one (Level 3 in Valuations at APC)
  • Proven track record in valuations, preferably in renewable energy assets
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently, reporting to the service line lead
