Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing Security Systems, including Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Security Systems to industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry-leading technical knowledge.
  • Identify and rectify problems before they occur, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
  • Work safely and responsibly, avoiding injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
  • Manage time efficiently, prioritizing jobs correctly and completing Engineer work reports, handover certificates, and BSIA certificates as required.

Requirements

  • Experience within the Fire & Security industry.
  • Driving license - manual.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.
