About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Water Engineering team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and providing strategic guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Water Engineering team in the delivery of projects across a range of activities, including river, coastal, and flood defence appraisal and design, hydraulic modelling, and hydrology assessment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, including mentoring and coaching.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and lead business development activities, including bidding for work and developing new client propositions.
Requirements
  • Chartered with the ICE or CIWEM.
  • Experience in the delivery and leading flood risk and/or surface water separation projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in IT systems such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Security Clearance to minimum SC level preferable.
