Peter Alan is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team at our flagship branch.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales, and progress sales through to exchange and completion.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of generating new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
