Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, agreeing sales, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
