About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Integration Manager to join our team at Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) LTD. As a Product Integration Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently implementing new products, services, and digital assets within our internal areas, VWGroup Brands, Retailer Networks, and 3rd parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of VWFS products, services, and digital assets by integrating them into our core systems and processes.
  • Diagnose and triage any issues when products, services, or digital assets are live in the market.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to support the day-to-day management of activities.
  • Collaborate with VWG Brands, internal stakeholders, and the Retailer Network to create and manage integration roadmaps that prioritize all activities.
  • Proactively work with colleagues to identify integration impacts and efficiencies across multiple areas of the business and implement solutions to deliver great customer outcomes.
  • Develop and manage close relationships with other Product Integration Managers to identify and manage overlapping product activities and dependencies.
  • Provide SME input and leading practice knowledge into business-wide data sharing best practices, security, and methodology.
  • Assist in the procurement, management, and review of all third-party suppliers, including purchasing and budgeting.

  • Proactive approach with the ability to react appropriately and effectively to changing circumstances and demands.
  • Proven track record of consulting, negotiating, and influencing without authority.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers up to senior management level.
  • Agile approach with the ability to keep up with the pace of change, learn fast, and adapt to new conditions quickly and effectively.
  • Obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experience and customer value.
