Senior Care Support Worker

ASA Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Support Worker to join their team of experienced care professionals in Edinburgh.
About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic individual to provide high-quality care and support to residents in our care homes. As a Senior Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic care and support to residents, including personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues through effective communication and empathy.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment by adhering to care home policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care provision.
Requirements
- 6 months' experience in UK care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00 (rising to £14.40 after 12 weeks) paid weekly.
