Litigation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Executive to join our Clinical Negligence department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling complex clinical negligence cases from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of clinical negligence cases, including drafting pleadings, conducting investigations, and preparing for trial.
- Work closely with our team of experienced solicitors and barristers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Contribute to the development of our clinical negligence practice, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
