At Xealthcare Recruitment, we are committed to providing exceptional care and assistance to elderly residents in a supportive environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Adult Care Assistant to join our team.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. This includes assisting with personal care, administering medication, and promoting independence and dignity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personalized care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting assistance.
  • Monitoring and recording residents' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Collaborating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure holistic care and well-being.
  • Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 in health & social care or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience working in a care home setting is preferred but not essential.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a genuine interest in supporting the needs of elderly individuals.

We estimate that this role attracts a salary of around £25,900 per annum, based on a 37-hour week and assuming annual increases. Please note that this figure is an estimate only and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
