  • Mentor and motivate colleagues to provide excellent care and support.
  • Provide outstanding leadership and champion residents' safety and dignity.
  • Support residents with complex needs and dependency levels as a named nurse.

Essential Requirements

  • An NMC Registered Nurse.
  • Understanding of clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST.
  • Experience in writing comprehensive care plans.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and clinical knowledge.
