We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in all aspects of the mortgage business, culminating in the industry-recognised CeMAP Mortgage Advice qualification.
Initially, you will work on the administration side of the firm, gaining a thorough understanding of the back-office systems that support our business. You will be responsible for keying in applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed with a high degree of accuracy, and liaising with lenders, insurance companies, and clients to ensure seamless case management.
As you progress, you will be involved in product research, supporting our Mortgage Advisers on more complex cases, and developing a deeper knowledge of the market. You will also have more contact with clients, working closely with our Advisers and Administration team.
Once qualified, you will make the transition to become a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, with a potential income of £50K+. A salary of £24,000 + Bonuses (around £2K pa) is on offer to the successful candidate.
Previous sales, finance, or customer services experience is advantageous, as is a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn and listen.
