Job Description:
Step Teachers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced MFL Teacher to join our team. As a teacher with us, you will have the opportunity to work with students at various levels, developing your skills and expertise in curriculum design and delivery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Design and Delivery: Develop and deliver curriculum materials that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring they make progress and achieve their full potential.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess and monitor students' progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their development and growth.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices.
  • Departmental Involvement: Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and techniques.


Requirements:
  • Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching MFL at a KS3 and KS4 level.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
  • Commitment to Professional Development: A commitment to ongoing professional development, embracing new ideas and methodologies to enhance teaching practices.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
