Healthcare Specialist

As a Nutrition and Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work closely with our team to provide specialist inpatient rehabilitation and complex disability management services for individuals aged 18+ with conditions such as acquired brain injury, spinal injury, and neuroprogressive disorders.
You will be responsible for conducting detailed evaluations and creating personalised nutrition care plans tailored to individual health needs, cultural considerations, and dietary preferences. This will involve working closely with community teams, nursing staff, and catering departments to support nutrition strategies and ensure dining management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients
- Review and update care plans as required
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- HCPC registration and a BSc in Dietetics or a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
