We require a highly skilled Sterilization Equipment Technician to assist with the decontamination of medical instruments. The estimated salary for this role is £31,750 per annum.

In this position, you will operate and maintain sterilization equipment, prepare and package instruments and equipment for sterilization, and monitor and record sterilization cycles. You will also inspect instruments and equipment for cleanliness and functionality, maintain accurate records of sterilization activities and inventory levels, and follow infection control guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, certification as a Sterile Processing Technician or relevant experience, and demonstrated knowledge of sterilization techniques, equipment, and supplies. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team are also required.
