Product Compliance and Quality Assurance Role in a Dynamic Company
Job Summary:
Dovetail Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Product Compliance and Quality Assurance professional to join our client's team in a dynamic company. As a Product Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance, safety, and quality of all products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee product specifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement product risk assessments for the development of new products.
- Ensure products pass all legal and customer required testing.
- Manage quality control and product inspection processes.
- Support in the creation of accurate and legally compliant nutritional and product description labels for all food products.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Log, manage, and evaluate all product-related data within the business and report to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant toy safety legislation and report to the business.
Requirements:
- Experience in a product compliance or quality assurance role or as a technologist within the FMCG industry, specifically working with packaging or toys.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Own means of transport and driving license.
