Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Product Compliance and Quality Assurance expert to oversee the compliance, safety, and quality of all products. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing product specifications, producing and managing product risk assessments, and ensuring products meet legal and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure compliance, safety, and quality of all products
- Oversee product specifications and ensure they meet regulatory requirements
- Produce and manage product risk assessments for new product development
- Ensure products pass all legal and customer required testing
- Manage quality control and product inspection processes
- Support in creating accurate and legally compliant nutritional and product description labels
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues
- Log, manage, and evaluate product-related data and report to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with relevant toy safety legislation and report to the company
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a product compliance or quality assurance role in the FMCG industry, specifically in packaging or toys
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Own means of transport and a valid driving license
