Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure across multiple cloud platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement multi-cloud infrastructure using AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.
  • Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment using scripting languages like Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
  • Monitor and analyze performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimization strategies for high availability and scalability.
  • Implement security best practices and manage security tools to ensure compliance across platforms.
  • Collaborate with other teams to foster a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on cloud technologies and best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation, with a strong emphasis on AWS.
  • Extensive experience with AWS services and tools.
  • Experience with GCP and Azure services is a plus.
  • Experience with container technologies like Docker/Kubernetes is desired.
  • Experience with IaC tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Grafana.
  • Excellent scripting and automation skills.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
