About Our Client

Apricus Resourcing Ltd are working with an independent provider to find a Mental Health Support Worker for a Full-Time, permanent, nights role.

Job Description

The role is based within a service that provides long-term support and treatment for men experiencing complex mental health issues, delivered within a highly controlled and structured environment. As part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of those we support.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Supporting individuals in their daily living.
  2. Fostering independence through engaging in social, recreational, and occupational activities.
  3. Working seamlessly with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
  4. Promoting positive practice in Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Mental Capacity within the service.
  5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents as required.
