About the Job:
As a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Neuro Trauma position, you will be working alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Job Details:
- This 13-week contract position offers a competitive estimated salary of $115,000 per year.
- The successful candidate will work nights, with a shift schedule of 6:45pm-7:15am (12×3), 36 hours per week, with every other weekend off.
- No on-call requirement or float to ICU or ED.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the PCU and Neuro Trauma unit.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- NH or Compact License required.
- 2 years' experience in a hospital setting, with Telemetry and Step-down experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are necessary, NHISS and TNCC certifications are also desirable.
