Psychiatric Nursing Position

Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical governance standards.
- Prioritise and delegate nursing tasks within the shift, ensuring a secure and safe environment.
To succeed in this role, you will require 6-12 months of post-registration experience, active NMC registration, and completion of preceptorship or an equivalent programme. You should also possess knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices, as well as demonstrated evidence of continuing professional development since registration.
