Job Overview:

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our learners. You will assess and train apprentices in Teaching Assistant roles up to Level 5, while supporting the delivery of Early Years qualifications up to Level 3. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and train apprentices in Teaching Assistant roles up to Level 5.
  • Support the delivery of Early Years qualifications up to Level 3.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of our learners.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and attainment.
