In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work with a boys' Special School in Birmingham to support their students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
About the PositionWe are looking for an experienced teaching assistant with a strong track record of supporting children with SEMH needs, including those with challenging behavior. Team Teach training is highly desirable.
Duties- Assist in creating a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Support the learning and development of KS1, KS2, and KS3 pupils with SEMH needs
- Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
